Gerald J. Muller has been practicing law since 1970 with a focus on land use and civil litigation for over 50 years. He represents land use boards and private clients in all aspects of land use and serves as affordable housing counsel for several major municipalities. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Muller was a partner in the law firm of Miller Porter & Muller, P.C., where he began in 1979. He formerly served as Deputy Attorney General in the Antitrust Section of the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice and as Executive Director of the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Inc.
Mr. Muller is a graduate of Yale Law School and Colgate University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Salutatorian of the Class). He has been recognized in publications of “New Jersey’s Top Rated Lawyers and “New Jersey’s Top Legal Minds and AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
